Fresh cherry juice, though more time consuming to make than apple juice, is well worth the effort. By using a cherry pitter and running pitted cherries though a juicer, you can make one o the best tasting and most healthful fresh juices there is.

However, since cherry juice is quite rich, it is best to mix it with equal parts of apple juice, water or another fresh fruit juice.

Fresh cherry juice is especially rich in vitamins A, abs C. It also contains vitamins B1, B2, folic acid and niacin.

Minerals in cherry juice include calcium, cobalt, fluorine, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.

Fresh cherry juice is a powerful alkalizer and therefore reduce the acidity of the blood.

For this reason, it is especially effective in cases of gout and arthritis. Cherry juice is also effective in normalizing prostatic disorders.
