Fresh Juice

Fresh juice is healthier than canned, bottled, frozen or packaged juice because it contains far more nutrients at the peak of their effectiveness. Fresh juice contain proteins, carbohydrate, chlorophyll, mineral, electrolytes and healing aromatic oils.

It also contains enzymes, phytochemicals and other living ingredients.

In contrast, commercial processed juices have been pasteurized, which means the juice has been heated to high temperature, and many of the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other live ingredients have been killed or removed.

This means the juice will have longer self life, but it won’t give more life.

Making own juice always allows us to use a wider variety of fruits and vegetables.

Fresh juice, when extracted from organically grown fresh vegetables and fruits, provides the easiest way for the body to ingest a high percentage of the vitamins and minerals found in these foods.

Fresh juices are also alive with enzymes, which deliver vitality and energy to every cells of your body.

Nothings get done in the bodies without enzymes,. They are activity component of life. Digestive functions, assimilation and elimination are all instigated or assisted by enzymes. Enzymes cause every chemical reaction in our bodies.
