Cherry fruit juice

By using a cherry pitter and running pitted cherries through a juicers we can make one of the most tasting and most healthful fresh juices. Sour cherry juice is amenable to blends with less acidic juices or as a nectar with added sugar.

Cherry fruit juice is one of the most popular juices because of its strong taste and attractive characteristics, such as agreeable color and pleasing flavor.

For 100 percent cherry fruit juice, sour and sweet juices can be blended. Since cherry juice is quite rich, it is best to mix it with equal parts of apple juice, water or another fresh fruit juice.

Cherry fruit juice reduces muscle pain induce by exercise. In one study of 60 adults aged 18-50 years, those who drank 10.5 ounces of cherry juice twice a day for seven days prior to and on the day of long distance ruining relay had significantly less pain following the race than those who drank another fruit juice beverage. 

Drinking cherry fruit juice in moderation did lower blood pressure, weight, improved blood fats and cholesterol and helped diabetic patients with too much fat in their bloodstream.

Fresh juice is especially rich in vitamins A and C, it also contains vitamins B1, B2, folic acid and niacin. Minerals in cherry fruit juice include calcium, cobalt, fluorine, iron, magnetism, phosphorus and potassium.
