Benefits of drinking avocado juice

Avocado is good for lowing cholesterol and also a powerful antioxidants that can protect oureyes. To gain its benefits, simple eat ripe avocado or drink its juice.

Avocado has four (4) times more nutritional value than any other fruit except banana, containing proteins (1 to 3%) and significant levels of fat-soluble vitamins.

Avocados provide healthful fats for great skin. They boost the body’s absorption of carotenoids, which are a type of antioxidant and essential for healthy skin.

The β-sitosterol in avocados also has a special effect on immunity, contributing to the treatment of diseases such as cancer, HIV and infections. In relation to cancer, it works by suppressing carcinogenesis and in HIV by strengthening the immune system.

Avocados are brilliant sources of healthy monounsaturated fats and have naturally low levels of sugars and sodium. Avocados are an important dietary source of the vitamin B group, folate which is an essential nutrient for cell division, heart health, blood production, and during pregnancy. Adequate folate is critical for the prevention of foetal neural tube defects.

Apart from making juice, avocados can also be added to other desserts as a cake ingredient (replacing some of the oil or butter in a recipe), or a frosting for cakes, cookies, or cupcakes (simply blend avocado, some icing sugar, and cocoa or other flavoring).

Ingredients for making avocado juice:
 1 avocado pulp
 1 cup of milk
 Sugar or honey (optional)
Blend it for about 5-10 minutes
