Cucumber can be juiced using juice extractor. Put together with lemon juice and mint and blend.
Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.), belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family. The major bioactive elements in cucumber include vitamin C, A, B6, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, flavonoids, β-carotene, lignans and triterpenes which have the ability to act as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents.
Several other pharmacological activities have been reported with this plant
including the antiwrinkle, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, and hypolipidemic potentials.
The fruits are sweet, refrigerant, hemostatic and tonic. Because of that, traditionally cucumber is used for the wide spectrum of cure in rural and urban areas to remove general debility, for treatment of skin problems and as a cooling agent.
Study by Polytechnic Kesihatan Indonesia shows that cucumber juice could lower blood pressure in elderly. Potassium in cucumber increases the excretion of Na, lowers renin secretion, arteriolar vasodilatation, and lowers response to endogenous vasoconstrictor; while mineral magnesium is a strong vasodilatation because it is lowering contractility of vascular smooth muscle.
Cucumbers is known to have a diuretic effect since it contains a lot of water which helps reduce blood pressure.
Cucumber Juice
The liquid naturally present in the tissues of fruits is known as fruit juice. To obtain fruit juice, mechanical techniques like squeezing or macerating fresh fruits are employed, excluding the use of heat or solvents. Individuals commonly drink fruit juices due to their perceived health benefits.

Nutrient content of dragon fruit juice
Dragon fruit commonly known as the pitaya/pitahaya/strawberry pear is a tropical fruit native to Mexico and Central and South America and widely grown in Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Thailand.
The pulp is juicy, has a mild taste, and is low in calories and contain numerous tiny black seeds. Dragon fruit is a good source of nutrients which are very beneficial for human health. It contains high amount of vitamin C as well as iron, calcium, vitamin B, potassium, fiber, other vitamins and minerals.
The main organic acids present in dragon fruit juice were citric acid and L-lactic acid. The content of oligosaccharides in red and white-flesh dragon fruit juice is 89.6 and 86.2 g/kg fruit, respectively.
The potassium content (3.2 g/L) in red-flesh dragon fruit juice is relatively high compared to other minerals such as magnesium (0.312 g/L) and calcium (0.023 g/L).
Dragon fruit juice was found to have the functional properties of a natural food colorant with high antioxidant potency.

Minerals found in apple juice
Drink at least 2 glasses of this juice every day. Apple juice has a high level of minerals and vitamins, which makes it ideal for skin health.
Before putting the apples through the juice extractor, pour a little lemon or pineapple juice over the cut fruit as this will prevent the apples turning brown.
The core of the apples as well as the skin should be put through the machine, as these contain valuable mineral elements also. Apple juice carries over the following minerals: potassium, phosphorus, chlorine, sodium, magnesium, calcium, sulfur, iron, fluorine, silicon and many trace minerals.
Potassium helps to maintain human body electrolyte balance -- the amount of electrolytes, or minerals, dissolved in the water in and around the cells. While most of the calcium goes toward maintaining the skeleton, teeth and bones which are contain 99 percent of the total calcium.

Fig fruit juice
Fig juice is a good intestinal cleanser. When fresh figs not available the juice can be made by soaking dried figs in a jar of cold water for 24 to 48 hours.
Fig juice has been used since the time of the great grandmothers of out great grandmothers to help children unlax. Figs have high calcium content, and are also richer in iron and copper than most foods.
Their total mineral content is 2 to 4 times that most foods. There have been reports that cancer is rare in regions where lots of figs are eaten.
Fig juice is normally not a drink, but is used as a meat tenderizer. Fresh figs contain the chemical ficin, a proteolytic enzyme that is capable of breaking down proteins with a similar action to that of papain from papaya or bromelain in pineapples.

What are the nutritive values of carambola juice?
Carambola juice products are among the most important processed commodities of carambola fruit. Also known as starfruit, it is cultivated throughout the tropics.
For juice making, the mature fruit with not fully ripened yellow color carambolas are used as raw material. Juice extraction can be done simply by crushing and pressing.
Carambola is low in calorie and fat but it is a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C as well as iron, calcium, phosphorus and dietary fiber. The fruit also contains a significant amount of organic acid, especially oxalic acid.
Carambola is a good source of natural antioxidants such as vitamin C, carotenoids and phenolic compounds. The total carotenoid content was 22 ug/g of fresh weight.
Each 100 g of fresh carambola contains 91% water, 4% sugars and 2.8% dietary fiber. Carambolas have high antioxidant activity. High antioxidant activity has health benefits such as protection against cell damage.

Mineral content in fresh fruit juice
Minerals found in foods are quite different from those found in supplemental mineral pills.
In foods, minerals are always combined with specific amino acids: sometimes with vitamins.
The process of bonding mineral to amino acid or mineral to vitamin is called “chelation.”
Chelated minerals are preferable to synthetic minerals because the body easily recognizes and uses minerals in chelated form.
This is why a diet rich in easy-to-assimilate organic minerals will ensure the body maintains all its important minerals in proper ratio.
The balanced, chelated minerals in fresh juices help keep the body’s energy level high; the nerves calm; and the muscles, heart, bones, teeth, bones and nails strong.
They also keep the blood clean and the blood pH (its relative alkalinity or acidity) balanced.
They do this by neutralizing acid and alkaline ash, waste products of human digestion and metabolism.
Potassium is responsible for the electrochemical balance of tissues of the heart and all other muscles.
Phosphorus is essential to the proper function of the brain and nerves.
Calcium maintains the acid/alkaline balance of the blood and strengthens bones.
Sulfur aids the functioning of the brain and nerves. It is a body cleanser.
Iodine fuels the thyroid gland, which controls the body’s metabolism.
Magnesium aids in muscle relaxation, protein synthesis, energy production, and is a natural laxative.
Manganese is necessary in the functions of the brain.
Germanium aids in the function of the immune system and bowels. Studies show it may help alleviate mood disorders.
Selenium works with vitamin E to delay oxidation of fatty acids.
Sodium, with potassium, calcium and magnesium, works to neutralize acids, maintain cell integrity, and keep tissues’ electromagnetic energy intact.

Papaya Juice

The outer skin of a papaya turns yellow or orange when it is ripe, and the flesh becomes sweet and soft. To prepare them for juicing, cut in half, scoop out the seeds and discard and then scoop out the flesh, throwing the skins away. Then run the flesh through juicer. The papaya can be blended with other fresh juices. Or if to make plain papaya juice, simply blend two to four ounces of water with the flesh of one medium sized papaya.
Papaya is rich in vitamins A and C, and contains small amounts of the minerals calcium, chlorine, iron, phosphorus, potassium, silicon and sodium. Its nutritional highlight is its enzymes, specifically papain, a protein digestant. It is also endowed with the abundance of energy-boosting natural sugars when ripe. Papaya juice strengthens the body’s blood coagulating ability. It is a fine laxative, appetite stimulant, and cleanser of the kidneys, liver, and intestines.
